Return Policy
RETURN POLICY:
In case you have changed your mind about an order that was placed online, the products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, as long as all these products are in their original packaging and in excellent condition.
The buyer will be responsible for the return cost. The product (s) must be returned to the store purchased, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. (except holidays).
In case the products are not returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery / receipt, then the company has the right not to accept their return. As long as there is compliance with the terms and conditions of the return policy, the selling price of the returned products will be refunded by the same method as you made the initial payment (credit card, etc.)
RETURN OF DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
In case you consider that the product you bought is defective, contact the Customer Service department at the store where you purchased it.
All products are covered by a two year warranty. In case the product is defective the company has the right to:
- Repair the defective item ( in reasonable time)
- Replace the defective item with a new one (same)
- Suggest a replacement with a different model (if the customer refuses the replacement model then the company will refund the money in the same manner as it was received).
The customer must at all times keep and present their receipt of purchase for the warranty to be valid.RETURN POLICY:
